Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services provided by YRH Group Ltd are professional services delivered under a defined engagement scope.

Consulting and Service Fees

Fees paid for consulting, executive support, administrative coordination, and related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellations

If an engagement is cancelled by the client before work has begun, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of YRH Group Ltd, minus any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.

Ongoing or Staged Work

For engagements delivered in stages, fees already earned for completed work are non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs, deposits, or advance payments made on behalf of the client are non-refundable once incurred.

Discretion

All refund and cancellation decisions are made at the sole discretion of YRH Group Ltd.
